     Richard F. Ball was born in April 1847 at NY. He was the son of Stephen H. Ball and Ora Lily Mandana Flint. Richard F. Ball married Rosa Bixler, daughter of John A. Bixler and Amanda (????), on 11 December 1875 at Tama Co., IA. Richard F. Ball and Rosa Bixler were divorced before 1900.1 Richard F. Ball died on 25 December 1907 at Mason City, Cerro Gordo Co., IA, at age 60.2,3 He was buried at Elmwood St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City, Cerro Gordo Co., IA.2
