     Eliza V. Ball was born in September 1846 at Cass Co., MI.3,4,5 She was the daughter of Squier Ball and Mary Brady.1 Eliza V. Ball married William A. McCoy on 4 November 1869 at Niles, Berrien Co., MI.4 Eliza V. Ball died on 30 September 1898 at Eaton, Kearney Co., NE.5 She was buried at Indian Lake Cemetery, Dowagiac, Cass Co., MI.6
     Comment by DGB: with her birth date more than 9 months after the death of her "father", it is likely that she was not the daughter of Squier Ball. End of comment. As of 4 November 1869,her married name was McCoy.4
