     Eli Ball was born circa 1789 at West Springfield, Hampden Co., MA; born c1789 from age at death 60y on one record (repeated on his gravestone) and born 3 Jan 1787 from age at death 62y 9m 19d on another.^2,3,4 He was the son of Eli Ball and Lucy Worthington.¹ Eli Ball married Orpha Leonard, daughter of Roswell Leonard and Diana Kent, on 6 December 1821 at West Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.⁵ Eli Ball died on 28 September 1849 at West Springfield, Hampden Co., MA; different record shows death 22 oct 1849.^2,3,6 He was buried at Agawam Center Cemetery, Agawam, Hampden Co., MA.⁴

     Elizabeth Ball was born circa 1799.¹ She was the daughter of Eli Ball and Lucy Worthington.¹ Elizabeth Ball married Warren Chapin, son of Asahel Chapin and Sarah Frink, on 5 December 1833.¹ Elizabeth Ball and Warren Chapin posted marriage intentions on 31 October 1833 at West Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.² Elizabeth Ball died on 9 August 1866.¹

     Comment by DGB: Dr. Druse lists this daughter born about 1809 as "Adeline", but had no data for her. Find-A-Grave lists the daughter born about 1809 as the Olive Ball that married Eldad King. It is likely that Olive and Adeline are one and the same. End of comment.¹ As of 13 October 1832,her married name was King.

     Seymour Ball was born circa 1812; died young.¹ He was the son of Eli Ball and Lucy Worthington.¹

     Samuel Ball was born circa 1815.² He was the son of Eli Ball and Lucy Worthington.¹ Samuel Ball married Maria A. (????) circa 1837.²

     Stephen Adams was born on 6 April 1768 at Suffield, Hartford Co., CT.¹ He was the son of Zebulon Adams and Susanna Pengilly.¹ Stephen Adams married Abigail Ball, daughter of Moses Ball and Lucy King, on 20 March 1794 at Suffield, Hartford Co., CT.^1,2 Stephen Adams died on 29 October 1830 at age 62.¹

     Charlotte Whitney was born on 7 April 1792 at CT.^1,2 She was the daughter of Joshua Whitney and Anna Ashley.¹ Charlotte Whitney married Horace Ball, son of Moses Ball and Phillis Rising, on 21 February 1819.¹ Charlotte Whitney died on 22 August 1865 at age 73.¹
     As of 21 February 1819,her married name was Ball.¹

     Jasper Cyril Dixon Todd was born on 31 October 1900 at Sheffield, Yorkshire, England.^1,2 He was the son of Henry Todd and Ada Needham.³ Jasper Cyril Dixon Todd married Ida May Forester, daughter of Horace Edward Forester and Seraph Elspeth Ball, in December 1927.^1,3 Jasper Cyril Dixon Todd died in 2001 at Delta, BC, Canada.²

     Ida May Forester was born on 27 May 1908 at Grandview, MB, Canada.^1,2 She was the daughter of Horace Edward Forester and Seraph Elspeth Ball.¹ Ida May Forester married Jasper Cyril Dixon Todd, son of Henry Todd and Ada Needham, in December 1927.^1,3 Ida May Forester died on 4 April 1998 at Delta, BC, Canada, at age 89.²

     Horace Edward Forester was born on 15 February 1878 at Chaffey Township, Muskoka, ON, Canada.² He was the son of Omar Pasha Forester and Mary Olivia Pearson.³ Horace Edward Forester married Seraph Elspeth Ball, daughter of Rufus Lemuel Ball and Alma Jane Porter, on 1 January 1907 at Grandview, MB, Canada.^1,4 Horace Edward Forester died on 7 July 1951 at Winnipeg, MB, Canada, at age 73.² He was buried at Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB, Canada.⁵

     Seraph Elspeth Ball was born on 12 September 1886 at Granby, Shefford Co., QC, Canada.^1,2 She was the daughter of Rufus Lemuel Ball and Alma Jane Porter.¹ Seraph Elspeth Ball was baptized on 12 November 1889 at Methodist Church, Granby, Shefford Co., QC, Canada.³ She married Horace Edward Forester, son of Omar Pasha Forester and Mary Olivia Pearson, on 1 January 1907 at Grandview, MB, Canada.^1,4 Seraph Elspeth Ball died on 18 August 1960 at Vancouver, BC, Canada, at age 73.⁵ She was buried at Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB, Canada.⁶
     As of 1 January 1907,her married name was Forester.

     Rufus Lemuel Ball was born on 8 March 1820 at Marlow, Stanstead, QC, Canada.^2,3 He was the son of Alanson Ball and Seraph Wright.¹ Rufus Lemuel Ball married first Eliza Ann Sanborn.² Rufus Lemuel Ball married second Alma Jane Porter, daughter of Lorenzo Dow Porter and Sarah Catherine Fordice, on 1 January 1878 at Roxton Pond, Shefford Co., QC, Canada.² Rufus Lemuel Ball died on 24 November 1899 at Granby, Shefford Co., QC, Canada, at age 79.^1,2 He was buried at Granby, Shefford Co., QC, Canada; Comment by DGB: Rufus Ball purchased a cemetery plot described as Lot No. 2 in the 2nd Range of the Methodist Cemetery on 24 Apr 1888 for the sum of $12 .
