She died at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 1979, in St. Joseph Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 11, 1893 in Howard County, she was the daughter of Amos and Isadore (Whitley) Ball. She was married Oct. 11, 1914 to Clarence Bagwell, who died June 29, 1966. She was a member of Sycamore Friends Church. Surviving are a daughter, Ruth Littlejohn of Highland Beach, Fla; two sons, Chester Bagwell of Phoenix Ariz., and Blaine Bagwell of Greentown; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. Two grandchildren, a daughter and a great-granchild preceded her in death.²
