     Mary Ann White was born on 18 April 1844 at Grove City, Mercer Co., PA.¹ She was the daughter of George Washington White and Susannah Kerr Wallace.¹ Mary Ann White married Valentine Zahniser Ball, son of William F. Ball and Sarah Zahniser, on 25 October 1870.¹ Mary Ann White died on 4 April 1914 at Cherokee Co., KS, at age 69.¹ She was buried at Park Cemetery, Columbus, Cherokee Co., KS.²

     Oscar Frank Ball was born on 18 November 1858 at MI.^3,2 He was the son of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin.¹ Oscar Frank Ball married Dollie N. Ireland, daughter of John Ireland and Adeline Crumpton, circa 1882.^1,4 Oscar Frank Ball married Ann Fitzsimmons, daughter of John Fitzsimmons and Anna McCall, on 16 February 1921 at Detroit, Wayne Co., MI.⁵ Oscar Frank Ball died on 25 October 1937 at Chicago, Cook Co., IL, at age 78.² He was buried at Graceland Cemetery, Chicago, Cook Co., IL.²

     Caleb A. Ball was born on 25 March 1861 at MI; Comment by DGB: his 1870 census record lists birthplace as PA. End of comment.^2,3 He was the son of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin.¹ Caleb A. Ball married Agnes Miller.¹ Caleb A. Ball married Sarah C. (????) circa 1892.⁴ Caleb A. Ball died on 31 December 1907 at New Castle, Lawrence Co., PA, at age 46.^3,5 He was buried at Hendersonville Cemetery, Hendersonville, Mercer Co., PA.³

     Eugene Ball was born circa 1863 at PA.² He was the son of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin.¹ Eugene Ball died circa 1881; when he was 18 years old.¹

     David E. Ball was born on 26 February 1863 at Mercer Co., PA.² He was the son of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin.¹ David E. Ball died on 29 February 1864 at Mercer Co., PA, at age 1.² He was buried at Hendersonville Cemetery, Hendersonville, Mercer Co., PA.²

     Elizabeth J. Ball was born circa 1865 at PA.² She was the daughter of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin.¹

     Dollie N. Ireland was born on 14 September 1862 at MI.^2,1 She was the daughter of John Ireland and Adeline Crumpton.¹ Dollie N. Ireland married Oscar Frank Ball, son of Valentine Zahniser Ball and Susan Griffin, circa 1882.^3,2 Dollie N. Ireland died on 12 September 1917 at Chicago, Cook Co., IL, at age 54.¹ She was buried at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, DuPage Co., IL.¹
     As of circa 1882,her married name was Ball.

     Jay H. Ball was born on 5 January 1885 at MI.^1,3 He was the son of Oscar Frank Ball and Dollie N. Ireland.¹ Jay H. Ball died on 6 August 1914 at Chicago, Cook Co., IL, at age 29.³ He was buried at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, DuPage Co., IL.²

     Eva A. Ball was born on 27 January 1889 at South Arm, Charlevoix Co., MI.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Oscar Frank Ball and Dollie N. Ireland.¹ Eva A. Ball married Frank Y. Cline, son of James H. Cline and Alma Kilmer, on 21 May 1912 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI; Comment by DGB: The index record show the year 1902, but that would have Eva age 13. Since her 1910 census shows her unmarried, it is assumed that her marriage year was 1913. End of comment.⁴ Eva A. Ball married John Henry Kemmett, son of John Kemmett and Elizabeth Kavanaugh, on 20 January 1920 at Detroit, Wayne Co., MI.⁵ Eva A. Ball died on 7 May 1925 at Cook Co., IL, at age 36.²
     As of 21 May 1912,her married name was Cline.⁴ Her married name was Giebel.⁵ As of 20 January 1920,her married name was Kemmett.
