     Nathaniel Ladd was born on 30 January 1714/15 at Norwich, New London Co., CT. He was the son of Nathaniel Ladd and Abigail Bodwell. Nathaniel Ladd married Elizabeth Rust, daughter of Nathaniel Rust and Hannah Jean Hatch, on 16 November 1738. Nathaniel Ladd died on 19 December 1744 at Coventry, Tolland Co., CT, at age 29.

Phebe Ladd married Ebenezer Dunham, son of Elisha Dunham and Temperance Stewart, on 4 November 1741 at Coventry, Tolland Co., CT. Phebe Ladd died in 1816 at Mansfield, Tolland Co., CT.

     Abigail Scripture married Nathaniel Ladd, son of Samuel Ladd and Anna Woodward, on 6 January 1774.
