     Burton A. Garlinghouse was born on 11 August 1860 at Raisin, Lenawee Co., MI.1,2 He was the son of John B. Garlinghouse and Mary Jane Benedict.1 Burton A. Garlinghouse married Irma Graham, daughter of John Emmett Graham and Sarah E. Pierce, on 4 February 1903 at Greenville, Montcalm Co., MI.1 Burton A. Garlinghouse married Corinne L. Sheldon, daughter of E. Harvey Sheldon and Maria C. (????), before 1920.2 Burton A. Garlinghouse died on 20 June 1946 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 85.2 He was buried at San Gabriel Cemetery, San Gabriel, Los Angeles Co., CA.2
