     Clara Elizabeth Miller was born on 8 April 1906 at Boise, Ada Co., ID.¹ She was the daughter of David Rudisill Miller and Lovenia Ellen Miller.¹ Clara Elizabeth Miller married Elton Merrill Chapman.¹ Clara Elizabeth Miller died on 9 April 1996 at Tacoma Park, Montgomery Co., MD, at age 90.¹
