     Leah Mardelle Eighmy was born on 29 March 1921 at Grant City, Worth Co., MO.^1,3 She was the daughter of Edward Dorrewood Eighmy and Mabel Claire Anderson.¹ Leah Mardelle Eighmy married Wayne Summerfield Turner, son of James Jefferson Turner and Winifred Myrtle Broyles, on 22 March 1942 at Reno, Washoe Co., NV.³ Leah Mardelle Eighmy died on 27 August 2012 at CA at age 91.³ She was buried at Roseville Public Cemetery District, Roseville, Placer Co., CA.⁴

Shipley obtained a marriage license on 8 June 1941 at Nodaway Co., MO.⁴ Betty Jane Eighmy died on 8 May 2017 at CA at age 93.³
