Fergerson, were former owners of historical Rancho Arnaz. They moved to Ventura in 1930. Besides her husband, Mrs. Fergerson is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Ax and one grandchild, Billy Ax. Also surviving are nieces and nephews residing in Oregon. Funeral services will be at Mayr's funeral home Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. by Ben Selby, Christian Science reader. Soloist will be Mrs. H. Gromley accompanied by Margery Eggert at the organ. Cremation will follow at Ivy Lawn. The family requests that flowers be omitted.¹
