     David Ball was born in March 1794 at Wilmington, Windham Co., VT.^2,3,4 He was the son of Noah Ball and Mary Seekins.¹ David Ball was baptized on 4 February 1838 at QC, Canada.³ He married Margaret McLean, daughter of Patrick McLean, say 1832.⁵ David Ball died in January 1870 at Papineauville, QC, Canada, at age 75.⁶
     Comment by DGB: Some sources show this David Ball to be the one that married Abigail Hall, but that couple was married in NY in 1817 and lived in IA in 1850 and OR in 1860. End of comment.

     Horace Russell Ball was born on 14 April 1829 at Marlboro, Windham Co., VT; age at death 62y 7m 16d.² He was the son of James Ball and Lucy Stearns.¹ Horace Russell Ball married Mary A. Taylor, daughter of Charles Taylor and Asenath (????), on 25 January 1863 at Newfane, Windham Co., VT.² Horace Russell Ball died on 1 December 1891 at Newfane, Windham Co., VT, at age 62.² He was buried at South Newfane Cemetery, South Newfane, Windham Co., VT.³

     Mary A. Taylor was born circa 1843 at Wilmington, Windham Co., VT.² She was the daughter of Charles Taylor and Asenath (????)² Mary A. Taylor married Horace Russell Ball, son of James Ball and Lucy Stearns, on 25 January 1863 at Newfane, Windham Co., VT.² Mary A. Taylor died before 1880.¹
