Sly, Sr., and he preceded her in death on April 3, 1991. Surviving are a daughter, Debi (Ray) Ferrier of Owasso, Oklahoma; 3 sons, John Sly (Nancy) of Decatur,James Sly, Jr. (Gwen) of Nebraska, Luther Sly (Susannah) of Decatur; 3 sisters, Mary K. Lang of Florida, Frances Underwood of St Johns, MI, Ruth Rouse of Decatur; 4 brothers, Raymond Hutson of Des Plains, IL, Rober tHutson of Colorado, Fred Hutson of Decatur, William Hutson of California; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, 4 - 8 PM at the Groner Funeral Home, 301 Main St., Dowagiac, MI, where funeral services will be Monday, December 23, 11 AM. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Burial will be in Dewey Cemetery.¹
