Elmer.¹ Frank Elmer Wheeler married Hallie R. Damon on 21 June 1899 at St. Stephens Church, Baker Co., OR.³ Frank Elmer Wheeler married Iva V. (????) circa 1918.⁴ Frank Elmer Wheeler died on 4 October 1927 at Portland, Multnomah Co., OR, at age 50.⁵ He was buried at Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland, Multnomah Co., OR.⁶
