     Leona Marie Hamill was born on 24 March 1925 at Riverside Co., CA.^1,3 She was the daughter of John Hamill and Victoria Josephine Zendron.¹ Leona Marie Hamill died on 6 May 1975 at Portland, Multnomah Co., OR, at age 50.³
     Her married name was Golden.² As of 17 March 1948,her married name was Carey.⁴ From an obituary: Leona (Hamill) Golden of Portland, formerly of Cottage Grove, died May 6, 1975. She was born March 24, 1925 at Riverside, California, graduating from Cottage Grove High School in 1943 and the University of Oregon School of Nursing. She was a member of the Moreland Presbyterian church.      From an obituary: Wallace "Wally" R. Barrong, 91 of Pleasant Hill, Oregon passed away Monday, April 14, 2014. He was born March 6, 1923 in Okolona, Arkansas to John Henry and Tressie Barrong. Wally attended Okolono High School and the University of Oregon. Wally served during WWII in the United States Navy as a Pharmacy Mate on the Hospital Ship Repose. He worked as a registered radiologist lab technician at Cottage Grove Hospital for 36 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, raising and keeping bees, gardening, and watching the University of Oregon and Gonzaga basketball games. He was a member of the Moose and Elk's lodges and the Radiology Technician Association. Survivors include Shelia A. Barrong of Cottage Grove, OR, his daughter Karen V. Barrong and Rose Mary Gray, Pleasant Hill, Or; daughter Rachel and Aaron Aazzerah of Salem, Or; his son John and Cassandra of Cottage Grove.¹
