Tompkin died on 24 March 1978 at Callaway, Custer Co., NE, at age 78.¹ He was buried at Viola Cemetery, Oconto, Custer Co., NE.¹

Schuknecht, daughter of Otto C. Schuknecht and Mathilda C. Roehrkasse, circa 1952.¹ Harold Leo Tompkin died on 20 February 2019 at Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE, at age 93.¹ He was buried at Lincoln Memorial Park, Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE.¹

     LaVerne M. Schuknecht was born on 22 June 1928 at Seward, Seward Co., NE.¹ She was the daughter of Otto C. Schuknecht and Mathilda C. Roehrkasse.¹ LaVerne M. Schuknecht married Harold Leo Tompkin, son of Leonard E. Tompkin and Sarah Matthews Ball, circa 1952.¹ LaVerne M. Schuknecht died on 19 January 2005 at Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE, at age 76.¹ She was buried at Lincoln Memorial Park, Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE.¹
     As of circa 1952,her married name was Tompkin.¹
