Ball and Amelia Lawrence.¹ Ransom Lawrence Ball married Phebe Mitchell, daughter of William Mitchell and Rebecca (????), on 28 July 1848.¹ Ransom Lawrence Ball died on 7 July 1890 at Walpole, Cheshire Co., NH, at age 69.¹

     Levi Ball was born on 10 December 1825 at Alstead, Cheshire Co., NH.^1,2 He was the son of Samuel A. Ball and Amelia Lawrence.¹ Levi Ball married Susan Borden, daughter of Selden Borden and Sabra (????), on 4 September 1846 at Brattleboro, Windham Co., VT.¹ Levi Ball died on 8 February 1862 at Dare Co., NC, at age 36; he enlisted in the 25th Regt. of Mass. Volunteers and was killed in the Battle of Roanoke Island.¹

     Samuel Alonzo Ball was born on 24 September 1829 at Alstead, Cheshire Co., NH.^1,2 He was the son of Samuel A. Ball and Amelia Lawrence.¹ Samuel Alonzo Ball married Mary Lucretia Harris, daughter of Jonathan Harris and Sally (????), on 17 October 1855 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co., MA; "Mary A. Harris.³ Samuel Alonzo Ball died on 9 August 1859 at Gardner, Worcester Co., MA, at age 29.⁴

     Amelia Hill Ball was born on 20 July 1831 at East Alstead, Cheshire Co., NH.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel A. Ball and Amelia Lawrence.¹ Amelia Hill Ball married Thomas E. Benjamin, son of Thomas Benjamin and Catherine (????), on 4 February 1852 at Woburn, Middlesex Co., MA.²
     As of 4 February 1852,her married name was Benjamin.¹

     Melissa Ann Ball was born on 10 February 1834 at NH.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel A. Ball and Amelia Lawrence.¹ Melissa Ann Ball married Charles K. Pemberton on 31 January 1856.¹
     As of 31 January 1856,her married name was Pemberton.

     Franklin Joseph Ball was born on 14 June 1824 at NH.¹ He was the son of Samuel A.      Charles K. Pemberton married Melissa Ann Ball, daughter of Samuel A. Ball and Amelia Lawrence, on 31 January 1856.¹

     Caroline Hooper was born on 27 February 1807 at Walpole, Cheshire Co., NH.¹ She married Levi Ball, son of Samuel Ball and Hannah Ranger, on 8 October 1829.¹
