     Orson S. Ball was born circa 1838 at OH. He was the son of Amos James Ball and Fanny Sawins. Orson S. Ball married Matilda Alice Walston, daughter of Leven Walston and Julia Ann Miller, on 13 June 1862 at IA.¹ Orson S. Ball died before 1900.²
