Lewis Ball married Lurana P. Ware, daughter of Michael Ware and Sarah Shepard, on 12 January 1890 at Buckland, Franklin Co., MA.² Lewis Ball died on 25 March 1900 at Chesterfield, Hampshire Co., MA.¹
     Sometime after 1864 Lewis Ball and Mary T. Damen adopted a daughter that thereafter went by the name of Etta Mari Ball (married William Smith Collins.)³

     Warren Johnson Ball was born on 22 October 1822 at Chesterfield, Hampshire Co., MA. He was the son of Brewer Ball and Nancy Thruman. Warren Johnson Ball married Almira Tower, daughter of Nathaniel Tower and Hannah (????), on 30 November 1845 at Goshen, Hampshire Co., MA.¹
