Ball and Elizabeth Payne, on 20 April 1884.¹ Alfred Lincoln Trent died on 14 December 1949 at Attica, Harper Co., KS, at age 89.² He was buried at Attica Cemetery, Attica, Harper Co., KS.³

     Samuel Elsworth Trotter was born in February 1868 at Jasper Co., IA.¹ He was the son of James H. Trotter and Narcissus Guthrie.¹ Samuel Elsworth Trotter married Mary Edith Ball, daughter of James H.
