     James Elliott Barton was born on 2 March 1895 at Lochiel, Glengarry Co., ON, Canada.¹ He was the son of William Barton and Mary Barr. James Elliott Barton married Ada Slade on 14 May 1936.¹ James Elliott Barton died on 12 May 1981 at Nanaimo, BC, Canada, at age 86.¹

     Jean Barton was born on 19 October 1896 at Lochiel, Glengarry Co., ON, Canada; She didn't know her birth was registered as "Jane" until she got a copy of her birth certificate when she was about 60.¹ She was the daughter of William Barton and Mary Barr. Jean Barton married Albert Edward Leafloor, son of John Leafloor and Helen Walker, on 24 January 1918 at Ottawa, ON, Canada.² Jean Barton died on 24 December 1984 at Woodroffe, ON, Canada, at age 88.³ She was buried at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, ON, Canada.³

Annie Barton married Albert Edward Armstrong, son of John Edward Armstrong and Emma Maria Nixon, on 30 March 1932. Annie Barton died on 15 March 1978 at Ottawa, ON, Canada, at age 78.² She was buried at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, North Gower Village, ON, Canada.²

Vogan and Agnes McLennan, on 22 December 1926 at Lochiel, Glengarry Co., ON, Canada.² Martha Elizabeth Barton died on 30 December 1989 at Cornwall, ON, Canada, at age 86.³ She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Prescott & Russell, ON, Canada.³
     She went to business college and worked in Vankleek Hill, ON in an office, then in a drug store. Later she took the Nursing Assistant course at Cornwall General Hospital in Cornwall, ON. Edna Grace Barton married William Crawford Wood, son of Oliver John Wood and Maud Ann Grout, on 30 June 1932 at Vankleek Hill, Prescott Co., ON, Canada.² Edna Grace Barton died on 21 September 1986 at Ottawa, ON, Canada, at age 79.¹ She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Prescott & Russell, ON, Canada.¹
     She went to Willis Business College in Ottawa. She worked for a lawyer in Ottawa. In later years she did the "Milk Books" for a creamery/dairy in Vankleek Hill, ON and also sold Dominion of Canada life insurance.      Albert Edward Leafloor was born on 25 February 1893 at Ottawa, Carlton Co., ON, Canada; "John Lafleur."^1,2,3 He was the son of John Leafloor and Helen Walker.² Albert Edward Leafloor married Jean Barton, daughter of William Barton and Mary Barr, on 24 January 1918 at Ottawa, ON, Canada.² Albert Edward Leafloor died on 7 March 1942 at Woodroffe, ON, Canada, at age 49.⁴ He was buried at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, ON, Canada.¹

Albert Edward Armstrong died on 9 January 1946 at Ottawa, Carlton Co., ON, Canada, at age 49.^3,4 He was buried at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, North Gower Village, ON, Canada.³

     Anna Alexandra Fraser was born on 14 September 1913 at Lochinvar, Lochiel, Glengarry Co., ON, Canada.¹ She was the daughter of Alexander William Fraser and Margaret Helen McPhee.¹ Anna Alexandra Fraser married Roy Barton, son of William Barton and Mary Barr, on 24 November 1945.¹ Anna Alexandra Fraser died on 13 December 2014 at Vankleek Hill, Prescott Co., ON, Canada, at age 101.² She was buried at McLaughlin Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Prescott & Russell, ON, Canada.³

     Melvin McLennan Vogan was born on 19 September 1902 at Vankleek Hill, Prescott Co., ON, Canada.¹ He was the son of Rupert C. Vogan and Agnes McLennan.² Melvin McLennan Vogan married Martha Elizabeth Barton, daughter of William Barton and Mary Barr, on 22 December 1926 at Lochiel, Glengarry Co., ON, Canada.³ Melvin McLennan Vogan died on 11 April 1971 at Avonmore, ON, Canada, at age 68.¹ He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Prescott & Russell, ON, Canada.¹

     Nevada Bennett was born on 27 January 1865 at OH. She was the daughter of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan. Nevada Bennett married John J. Beauchamp, son of Martin Luther Beauchamp and Sarah A. Johnson, on 24 December 1891 at Mercer Co., OH.¹ Nevada Bennett died on 18 December 1925 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH, at age 60. She was buried at Ellis Cemetery, Montezuma, Mercer Co., OH.²

Minnesota Bennett married James Austin Drumm, son of John Calvin Drumm and Mary Ann Aller, on 11 January 1928; her age at first marriage 54.^2,3 Minnesota Bennett died on 19 December 1953 at Celina, Mercer Co., OH, at age 80. She was buried at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, Mercer Co., OH.⁴

     Goldsby Alaska Bennett was born on 27 November 1878 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan. Goldsby Alaska Bennett married Ida Ellen Monroe, daughter of James Francis Monroe and Sarah Elizabeth Cain, on 27 March 1910 at Celina, Mercer Co., OH.² Goldsby Alaska Bennett died on 27 November 1953 at Oakwood, Paulding Co., OH, at age 75.³ He was buried at Prairie Chapel Cemetery, Oakwood, Paulding Co., OH.⁴

     Arizona Landon Bennett was born on 13 June 1881 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH.² He was the son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan. Arizona Landon Bennett married Orla Belle Yaney, daughter of John Henry Yaney and Abigail Lucretia Johnston, on 19 February 1913 at Mercer Co., OH.³ Arizona Landon Bennett married Frances Cleo Kreider, daughter of James M. Kreider and Frances Dill, on 3 April 1936 at Franklin Co., IN.⁴ Arizona Landon Bennett died on 24 March 1961 at Muncie, Delaware Co., IN, at age 79.⁵ He was buried at Union City Cemetery, Union City, Randolph Co., IN.⁶

     Delaware Samuel Bennett was born on 23 February 1884 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH. He was the son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan. Delaware Samuel Bennett married Mattie Evelyn Yeaton, daughter of Melvin Fisher Yeaton and Amy Harriet Paine, on 8 November 1910.¹ Delaware Samuel Bennett died on 26 October 1937 at CO at age 53; from injuries suffered in a fall while climbing in the mountains.^1,2,3 He was buried at Orchard Mesa Cemetery, Grand Junction, Mesa Co., CO.²

     Vermont Henry Bennett was born on 9 November 1886 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH.² He was the son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan. Vermont Henry Bennett married Lura Vivian Monroe, daughter of James Francis Monroe and Sarah Elizabeth Cain, on 15 October 1911 at Celina, Mercer Co., OH.³ Vermont Henry Bennett married Mattie Evelyn Yeaton, daughter of Melvin Fisher Yeaton and Amy Harriet Paine, on 17 September 1938 at Mercer Co., OH.⁴ Vermont Henry Bennett died on 24 October 1964 at New Carlisle, Clark Co., OH, at age 77.⁵ He was buried at Ellis Cemetery, Montezuma, Mercer Co., OH.⁶

     Mattie Evelyn Yeaton was born on 3 March 1890 at NE.^2,3 She was the daughter of Melvin Fisher Yeaton and Amy Harriet Paine.¹ Mattie Evelyn Yeaton married Delaware Samuel Bennett, son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan, on 8 November 1910.¹ Mattie Evelyn Yeaton married Vermont Henry Bennett, son of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan, on 17 September 1938 at Mercer Co., OH.³ Mattie Evelyn Yeaton died on 14 September 1962 at Mesa Co., CO, at age 72.¹ She was buried at Orchard Mesa Cemetery, Grand Junction, Mesa Co., CO.⁴

Teeters and Sarah Dixon, on 3 July 1887.² James Austin Drumm married Minnesota Bennett, daughter of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan, on 11 January 1928; her age at first marriage 54.^3,1 James Austin Drumm died on 5 May 1953 at Celina, Mercer Co., OH, at age 89.² He was buried at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, Mercer Co., OH.²

     John J. Beauchamp was born in July 1861 at OH.^1,2 He was the son of Martin Luther Beauchamp and Sarah A. Johnson.^3,4 John J. Beauchamp married Nevada Bennett, daughter of Henry Brandenburg Bennett and Sarah Mariah Milligan, on 24 December 1891 at Mercer Co., OH.⁵ John J. Beauchamp died in 1927 at Franklin, Mercer Co., OH.⁶ He was buried at Ellis Cemetery, Montezuma, Mercer Co., OH.²

     Anna Maria Palmer was the daughter of Jonathan Palmer and Nancy Dundon.² Anna Maria Palmer married Samuel Milligan. Anna Maria Palmer died on 18 October 1844.² She was buried at New Salem Methodist Episcopal Cemetery, Salem, Perry Co., OH.²
     Comment by DGB: Anna's grave marker does not give her age or her birth year. However, there is another grave next to hers for Samuel Milligan purported to be the son of Ann Maria Milligan and died 29 April 1849 aged 19y 3m 12d. This would imply that Anna was married before 1830, which would make it hard to fit her birth into the known sequence of children for Jonathan Palmer and Nancy Dundon. End of comment. Her married name was Milligan.
