Thomas and Mary Clarke, on 9 August 1899 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO.¹ Charles Moses Wells died on 23 February 1951 at Mountain View, Howell Co., MO, at age 76.¹

     John Tischer was born in November 1863 at MO.¹ He was the son of Barbara (????)² John Tischer married Anna Mae Wells, daughter of Amasa M. Wells and Mary E. Ball, on 27 June 1888 at Buchanan Co., MO.³

     Edward R. Tischer was born in May 1889 at MO.² He was the son of John Tischer and Anna Mae Wells.²

     Charles W. Tischer was born in December 1891 at MO.² He was the son of John Tischer and Anna Mae Wells.²

     (daughter) Ball was born circa 1805.¹ She was the daughter of Jesse Ball and Charity Carpenter.¹
     It is possible that this individual may actually be Lucia Carpenter, daughter of Allen Carpenter (brother to Charity). Lucia was born 19 Nov 1806 and both she and sister Clara were raised by families other than her father. The 1810 federal census for Allen shows him as a one-person household. Allen remarried about 1818 and in his 1820 pension application, Lucia is listed living with him, but Clara is not. This unknown "Ball" girl disappears from the Ferrisburgh census about the time that Allen Carpenter moved to Woodstock VT.²

     Maggie Elizabeth Thomas was born on 13 May 1876 at Hubbardston, Ionia-Clinton Co., MI.¹ She was the daughter of David F. Thomas and Mary Clarke.¹ Maggie Elizabeth Thomas married Charles Moses Wells, son of Amasa M. Wells and Mary E. Ball, on 9 August 1899 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO.¹ Maggie Elizabeth Thomas died on 24 September 1949 at Mountain View, Howell Co., MO, at age 73.¹

     Pansy Opal Phelps was born on 25 February 1905 at Howell Co., MO.¹ She was the daughter of Felix Oswald Phelps and Gertrude Hattie Livingston.¹ Pansy Opal Phelps married John Amasa Wells, son of Charles Moses Wells and Maggie Elizabeth Thomas, on 3 July 1923 at Shannon Co., MO.¹ Pansy Opal Phelps died on 10 September 1950 at Springfield, Greene Co., MO, at age 45.¹
