     Vera I. Pratt was born in May 1894 at NY.² She was the daughter of Claude L. Pratt and Lucy Montez Ball.¹ Vera I. Pratt married John Bennett Gibney, son of Michael Gibney and Mary A. (????), circa 1910.³ Vera I. Pratt and John Bennett Gibney were divorced in 1940 at Dade Co., FL.⁴

It is possible that this was the Harvey Ball who joined the CEF military in 1916 and was posted to Kent, England. This leaves open the possibility that he may have been living in England after 1921.
