     Ida Ball was born on 4 May 1870 at Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.^1,2 She was the daughter of William Ball and Elizabeth Billings.¹ Ida Ball married (????) Wilbur.² Ida Ball married Nathan Brown in 1910.² Ida Ball died in June 1929 at Little Falls, Herkimer Co., NY, at age 59.
     Her married name was Wilbur.² As of 1910,her married name was Brown.² From an obituary: Dolgeville - Funeral of Mrs. Nathan Brown, who died in the Little Falls Hospital, after an operation for the intestinal obstruction, will be held from the home on Cavilli Street at 9:45 this morning and the body will be taken to Schenectady for burial. Mrs. Brown had been ill only a short time. She was born May 4, 1871, in Tunkhannock, Pa., her parents being the late William and Elizabeth Billings Ball. She was married in 1910 to Mr. Brown and came here 14 years ago from Schenectady. She leaves her husband, two children by a previous marriage, Frank Wilbur and Mrs. Joseph Renkawitz of Schenectady; a sister, Mrs. Ella Tewksbury of Schenectady, and three brothers, Napoleon, Harmon, and Nelson Ball of Tunkhannock.²

     Annie Bell Carpenter was the daughter of Cannon Carpenter.¹ Annie Bell Carpenter married Napoleon Bonaparte Ball, son of William Ball and Elizabeth Billings, on 4 September 1894 at Clinton, Wyoming Co., PA.¹ Annie Bell Carpenter died on 6 October 1899.¹

     Sometime after July 1899 Jasper Ball and Hellen E. (????) adopted a son that then went by the name of LeRoy Ball.²

     As of circa 1894,her married name was Ball. Sometime after July 1899 Jasper Ball and Hellen E. (????) adopted a son that then went by the name of LeRoy Ball.¹
