Woodbury, daughter of Jeremiah Woodbury and Sibelia Jerusha Tucker, on 20 February 1774 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ Thomas Ball died on 29 November 1811 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA, at age 63.⁴

     Sarah Ball was born on 30 August 1749 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Thomas Ball and Hannah Wright.¹

     Abraham Ball was born on 26 April 1750 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Thomas Ball and Hannah Wright.¹ Abraham Ball died in 1786.¹

     Benjamin Ball was born on 12 February 1751/52 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Thomas Ball and Hannah Wright.¹ Benjamin Ball and Jerusha Woodbury posted marriage intentions on 18 October 1774 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ Benjamin Ball died on 19 February 1782 at Leverett, Franklin Co., MA, at age 30.⁴

     Silas Ball was born on 23 April 1754 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Thomas Ball and Hannah Wright.¹ Silas Ball married Rhoda Griffin, daughter of Daniel Griffin, on 6 April 1775 at Tewksbury, Middlesex Co., MA.¹ Silas Ball died on 15 July 1802 at Leverett, Franklin Co., MA, at age 48.³
     He was a surgeon in the American Army during the Revolutionary War.¹ He studied medicine in Tewksbury with Dr. Kittride, was a surgeon in the American Army during the Revolution and afterwards was a physician at Leverett, MA. Was reputed to be very skilful in all branches of his profession. He is buried in a small cemetery just over the line from Sunderland in Leverett.¹

     Eli Ball was born on 20 August 1756 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Thomas Ball and Hannah Wright.¹

     Patience Gleason was born on 7 July 1729 at Framingham, Middlesex Co., MA.² She was the daughter of John Gleason and Abigail Learned.^1,3 Patience Gleason married Daniel Ball, son of Benjamin Ball and Mary Brewer, on 25 August 1748 at Framingham, Middlesex Co., MA.⁴
     As of 25 August 1748,her married name was Ball.

     Martha Ball was born on 24 April 1755 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason.¹ Martha Ball married Moses Bowen, son of John Bowen and Elizabeth Tufts, on 24 November 1771 at Sturbridge, Worcester Co., MA; "Moses Brown."³ Martha Ball and Moses Bowen posted marriage intentions on 21 November 1771 at Spencer, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ Martha Ball died on 28 April 1821 at age 66.⁵ She was buried at Lippitt Cemetery, Hartwick, Otsego Co., NY.⁵

     Moses Bowen was born on 12 March 1752 at MA.² He was the son of John Bowen and Elizabeth Tufts.³ Moses Bowen married Martha Ball, daughter of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason, on 24 November 1771 at Sturbridge, Worcester Co., MA; "Moses Brown."⁴ Moses Bowen and Martha Ball posted marriage intentions on 21 November 1771 at Spencer, Worcester Co., MA.⁵ Moses Bowen died on 6 June 1830 at Mansfield, Cattaraugus Co., NY, at age 78.² He was buried at Lippitt Cemetery, Hartwick, Otsego Co., NY.⁶

     Benjamin Gott Ball was born on 6 May 1757 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.¹ He was the son of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason.² Benjamin Gott Ball married Huldah Hatfield on 4 December 1783 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ Benjamin Gott Ball died on 14 March 1824 at Springfield, Hampden Co., MA, at age 66.⁴
     He was a revolutionary soldier and a pensioner.⁵

     Joseph Ball was born on 2 May 1761 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason.¹ Joseph Ball and Margaret Morgan posted marriage intentions on 14 October 1786 at Spencer, Worcester Co., MA.³
     Comment by DGB: Joseph Ball may have married a second time in Shutesbury MA. End of comment. Declaration: Joseph Ball, aged 56 years last May, resident of the town of Williamson, county aforesaid. He enlisted at Brookfield, Massachusetts in the Company commanded by Captain Reuben Sleigton in the regiment commanded by Col. William Shepherd in the month of February, 1777. He was in the continental service.⁴ As part of his pension application he states he has no family and that his occupation was a farmer.⁵

     Mehitabel Ball was born on 12 July 1763 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA; "Mehetable."² She was the daughter of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason.¹ Mehitabel Ball married Stephen Speer, son of Moses Speer and Catherine Jones, on 18 August 1784 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ Mehitabel Ball died on 9 August 1846 at Worcester, Washington Co., VT, at age 83.⁴

     Stephen Speer was born on 13 June 1764 at Braintree, Norfolk Co., MA.² He was the son of Moses Speer and Catherine Jones.² Stephen Speer married Mehitabel Ball, daughter of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason, on 18 August 1784 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ Stephen Speer died on 9 January 1844 at Worcester, Washington Co., VT, at age 79.

     Anna Ball was born on 5 October 1766 at Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Daniel Ball and Patience Gleason.¹ Anna Ball married Enoch Cook, son of Enoch Cook and Lucy Rice, on 17 June 1792 at Shutesbury, Franklin Co., MA.³ Anna Ball died on 12 December 1851 at Dummerston, Windham Co., VT, at age 85.⁴

     Benjamin Miller Ball was born circa 1780 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; As part of his father's probate, on 6 Jul 1795 Benjamin Ball, listed as age 15, nominated to a Justice of the Peace that his choice of guardian was Rufus Forbush of Westborough MA.³ He was the son of Benjamin Ball and Lucy Belknap.¹ Benjamin Miller Ball was baptized on 10 October 1784 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; Comment by DGB: The court documents after the death of her father show that Benjamin was born c1780 and the 1850 census for his sister Lucy suggests she was born c1782, so it is likely that the compiled Westborough vital records shows their baptism date and not their birth date.      Lucy Ball was born say 1782 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA. She was the daughter of Benjamin Ball and Lucy Belknap.¹ Lucy Ball was baptized on 10 October 1784 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; Comment by DGB: The court documents after the death of her father show that her brother Benjamin was born c1780 and that suggests shat Lucy may have been born c1782, so it is likely that the compiled Westborough vital records shows their baptism date and not their birth date. End of comment.² She married Joseph Bond, son of Joseph Bond and Hepzibah Pratt, on 24 November 1804 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.³
     As of 24 November 1804,her married name was Bond.³ Comment by DGB: I have seen a theory that this couple soon moved to New York state, but have not been able to confirm that. In 1800 there were Joseph Bond families at Ovid, Seneca Co. NY, Princetown, Schenectady Co. NY, and Newburgh, Orange Co. NY, as well as at Georgia, Franklin Co. VT and Corinth, Orange Co. VT.      Lydia Ball was born on 24 June 1787 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Benjamin Ball and Lucy Belknap.¹ Lydia Ball married Josiah Newton, son of Alvin Newton and Rebecca Rice, on 2 November 1807 at St. Albans, Franklin Co., VT.^1,3 Lydia Ball died on 8 September 1872 at Bethel, Windsor Co., VT, at age 85.³ She was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, St. Albans, Franklin Co., VT.³
