     Daniel Hill was born on 26 May 1811 at Marlboro, Windham Co., VT.¹ He was the son of Samuel Hill and Sarah Church.¹ Daniel Hill married Laurinda Rice, daughter of David Rice and Meribah Cobb, on 2 February 1840 at Wilmington, Windham Co., VT.¹ Daniel Hill died on 18 April 1903 at West Dover, Windham Co., VT, at age 91.¹
