     Ivan Courtney Ball was born on 22 April 1912 at PA.¹ He was the son of Ross Courtney Ball and Martha Isabel Shiffer.¹ Ivan Courtney Ball married Elizabeth Coolbaugh, daughter of Zura Milo Coolbaugh and Bertha Elizabeth Paden, on 21 November 1931 at Mill City, Wyoming Co., PA.¹ Ivan Courtney Ball married Mabel Jane Flannery on 19 July 1986.² Ivan Courtney Ball died on 14 July 1998 at Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA, at age 86; SSDI lists last residence as Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.^3,2 He was buried at Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.²

     Elizabeth Coolbaugh was born on 24 August 1908 at Bowman's Creek, Wyoming Co., PA.¹ She was the daughter of Zura Milo Coolbaugh and Bertha Elizabeth Paden.² Elizabeth Coolbaugh married Ivan Courtney Ball, son of Ross Courtney Ball and Martha Isabel Shiffer, on 21 November 1931 at Mill City, Wyoming Co., PA.¹ Elizabeth Coolbaugh died on 15 March 1981 at Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne Co., PA, at age 72.¹ She was buried at Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.²
     As of 21 November 1931,her married name was Ball.¹

     Elizabeth Mina Ball was born on 16 October 1916 at PA.² She was the daughter of Ross Courtney Ball and Martha Isabel Shiffer.³ Elizabeth Mina Ball married Andrew Yurksza.³ Elizabeth Mina Ball died on 28 October 2005 at age 89; SSDI lists last residence as Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.² She was buried at Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming Co., PA.¹
     Her married name was Yurksza.³ From an obituary in the "Times Leader": Elizabeth "Libby" Mina Yurksza, 89, formerly of Shupp Hill, Tunkhannock, died Friday evening at Beverly Health Care, Tunkhannock, where she had been a guest of four years. She was the widow of the late Andrew Yurksza, who died July 25, 1968. She was born in Tunkhannock, a daughter of the late Ross and Martha (Shiffer) Ball. She was employed at the Prince Hotel in Tunkhannock, and was well-known for her coconut cream pie. She was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School, class of 1934. She served as Republican Committee Woman for Tunkhannock Township for many years and also served on the Tunkhannock Township Board of Elections. She was a member of the Pa. Voters Hall of Fame for over 50 years of continuous voting. She enjoyed embroidery and crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ivan Ball. Surviving are six daughters, Beverly Marlatt and husband, Henry, Tunkhannock; Andrea Robinson and husband, Lefty, Laceyville; Martha Yurksza and Steve Brown, Vineland, N.J; Judy and Duke Bishop, Meshoppen; Karen Baker and husband Bud, and Ann Marie Stark and husband, Sparky, both of Tunkhannock; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock.¹

     Andrew Yurksza was born on 16 April 1911.² He married Elizabeth Mina Ball, daughter of Ross Courtney Ball and Martha Isabel Shiffer.¹ Andrew Yurksza died on 25 July 1968 at age 57.^2,3

     Wilma Ball is the daughter of Arthur Melvin Ball and Nellie M. Dailey.¹

     Katherine E. Ball was born circa 1900 at PA.¹ She was the daughter of Nelson Lee Ball and Mary T. Pallmann.¹ Katherine E. Ball died in 1931.²

     Howard L. Bailey was born circa 1888 at PA.³ He married Daisy M. Ball, daughter of Harmon Ball and Martha R. Carey.¹

     Catherine Ball was born circa 1901 at PA.¹ She was the daughter of Harmon Ball and Martha R. Carey.¹ Catherine Ball died before 1910.¹

     Celestia C. Freeman was born in May 1895 at WI.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Freeman and Nellie Mariah Ball.¹
