     From an obituary in the Syracuse Daily Journal: Walter Whitney, 10, son of Arthur L. and Jennie Whitney of 1106 S. State St. died early this morning at the Hospital of the Good Shepherd, where he had been a patient three weeks. Previous to his removal to the institution he had been at the Onondaga Orphan Asylum.³
