     Lydia Ball was born on 31 March 1734 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of James Nathan Ball and Sarah Harrington.¹ Lydia Ball married Josiah Goddard, son of William Goddard and Keziah Cloyes, on 25 July 1757 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.³ Lydia Ball died on 9 March 1771 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA, at age 36.⁴ She was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁴

     Stephen Ball was born on 21 December 1735 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; also recorded at Northborough.^2,3 He was the son of James Nathan Ball and Sarah Harrington.¹ Stephen Ball married Mary Fairbank, daughter of Abijah Fairbank and Thankful Wheeler, on 23 May 1765 at Lancaster, Worcester Co., MA; "Mrs. Fairbank" in the intention.⁴ Stephen Ball died on 17 October 1798 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA, at age 62.⁵ He was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁶
     They resided in Northboro. He was the first of the three famous physicians of that name.¹

     John Ball was born on 18 July 1738 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.² He married Lydia Pratt, daughter of Martin Pratt and Lydia (????), on 12 May 1763 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.³
     Comment by DGB: There were two John Ball marriages at Westborough: one to Abigail Wilder (1761) and one to Lydia Pratt (1763); it is not clear which was the wife of this John Ball. End of comment. He may have been the John who was grantee of Newfane, NH in 1753.¹

     Mary Williams was born circa 1688; in 74th year at death.² She married Nathan Ball, son of James Ball and Elizabeth Fiske, circa 1718.¹ Mary Williams died on 10 June 1761 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.²

     Mary Ball was born on 2 May 1725 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Nathan Ball and Mary Williams.¹ Mary Ball married Edward Johnson, son of Edward Johnson and Rebecca Reed, on 13 June 1744 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; "Edward Jonson."³ Mary Ball died on 5 July 1810 at Berlin, Worcester Co., MA, at age 85.⁴ She was buried at Old Burying Ground, Berlin, Worcester Co., MA.⁴
