     William Ball was born on 8 August 1797 at Brimfield, Hampden Co., MA.2 He was the son of William Ball and Nancy Bugbee.1 William Ball was baptized on 27 April 1809 at First Church, Springfield, Hampden Co., MA.3 He married Parmelia Hitchcock on 2 September 1819 at Suffield, Hartford Co., CT.4 William Ball died on 15 November 1876 at age 79.1
