     Isaac Ball was born on 10 September 1778 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA; twin of Josiah.² He was the son of John Ball and Lydia Ward.¹ Isaac Ball married Huldah Squires on 21 August 1799 at Deerfield, Franklin Co., MA.³ Isaac Ball died on 23 May 1852 at Deerfield, Franklin Co., MA, at age 73.⁴ He was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Deerfield, Franklin Co., MA.⁵

     Maria Ball was born on 7 March 1781 at Deerfield, Franklin Co., MA.² She was the daughter of John Ball and Lydia Ward.¹ Maria Ball and Simeon Wolcott posted marriage intentions on 3 December 1804 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA; "Simeon Walcot."³ Maria Ball died on 5 September 1808 at age 27.¹

     Esther Ward was born on 7 March 1750/51.¹ She was the daughter of Daniel Ward and Mary Stone.² Esther Ward married Josiah Ball, son of John Ball and Lydia (????), on 26 February 1768 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA; "Easter Ward."³ Esther Ward died on 9 March 1836 at Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY, at age 85.² She was buried at Brown's Settlement Cemetery, Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY.²
     As of 26 February 1768,her married name was Ball.

     Alfred J. Cook was born in March 1898 at ME.² He was the son of Ernest A. Cook and May (????)² Alfred J. Cook married Gertrude M. Downs, daughter of William H. Downs and Margaret E. Hudson, on 23 June 1925 at Piscataquis Co., ME.³

     William Ball was born on 25 January 1768 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.^1,2 He was the son of Josiah Ball and Esther Ward.³ William Ball died before 1770.

     William Ball was born on 9 March 1770 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA; birth record lists parents as Josiah and Esther. [Comment by DGB] If this was true, then there were two brothers named William that lived at the same time, married different wives and had different families of children.      Stephen Ball was born on 29 January 1774 at Stockbridge, Berkshire Co., MA.² He was the son of Josiah Ball and Esther Ward.¹ Stephen Ball married Polly Leonard, daughter of Asa Leonard and Olive Churchill, circa 1801.¹ Stephen Ball died on 19 February 1857 at Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY, at age 83.³ He was buried at Brown's Settlement Cemetery, Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY.³
     He was one of the first settlers in Berkshire, New York, where he located in 1793. The following year he went back to Stockbridge and brought his parents and others of his family to Berkshire.¹

     Clarissa Ball was born on 14 November 1775 at Stockbridge, Berkshire Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Josiah Ball and Esther Ward.¹ Clarissa Ball married Isaac Brown.¹ Clarissa Ball died on 12 February 1844 at age 68.³ She was buried at Brown's Settlement Cemetery, Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY.³
