     Charlotte Ball was born on 6 June 1763 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA; recorded also in Northborough.2,3 She was the daughter of John Ball and Abigail Wilder.1 Charlotte Ball married Lieutenant Joel Pratt, son of David Pratt and Elizabeth Brewer, on 22 December 1785 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.4 Charlotte Ball died on 12 November 1829 at Sterling, Worcester Co., MA, at age 66.5 She was buried at Chocksett Burial Ground, Sterling, Worcester Co., MA.5
     As of 22 December 1785,her married name was Pratt.
