     Hannah Ball was born on 25 January 1809 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer.¹ Hannah Ball married Judson Day on 10 September 1851.¹ Hannah Ball died on 15 October 1897 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA, at age 88.^1,3 She was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁴

     Sophia Ball was born on 26 March 1811 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer.¹ Sophia Ball married William Flagg, son of Solomon Flagg and Esther Brown, on 10 January 1850 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.³
     As of 10 January 1850,her married name was Flagg. Sophia Ball Note that there is cemetery marker for her in the Poplar Grove Cemetery, Poplar Grove, Boone Co., IL.⁴

     Susannah Winslow Ball was born on 25 July 1812 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer.¹ Susannah Winslow Ball married George Forbes, son of Elisha Forbes and Nancy Burrell, on 22 January 1839 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA; "Susan W."³ Susannah Winslow Ball and George Forbes posted marriage intentions on 14 January 1839 at Boylston, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ Susannah Winslow Ball died on 22 February 1895 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA, at age 82.⁵ She was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁵
     As of 22 January 1839,her married name was Forbes.

     John Baker Ball was born on 6 June 1820 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer.¹ John Baker Ball died on 9 March 1823 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA, at age 2; Comment by DGB: Note that the published vital records show a death year of 1813, but note that he was age 2y 9m 3d at death, so that record year is assumed to be a misprint as opposed to refering to an earlier child of the same name.      Judson Day was born on 26 July 1807 at Sutton, Worcester Co., MA.^1,2 He married Mary Larned circa 1834.³ Judson Day married Hannah Ball, daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer, on 10 September 1851.⁴ Judson Day died on 2 February 1896 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA, at age 88.² He was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁵

     William Flagg was born on 15 October 1802 at Boston, Suffolk Co., MA.² He was the son of Solomon Flagg and Esther Brown.² William Flagg married Martha B. Winch on 6 November 1825 at West Needham, Suffolk Co., MA.^2,3 William Flagg married Sophia Ball, daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer, on 10 January 1850 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ William Flagg died on 16 February 1861 at West Needham, Suffolk Co., MA, at age 58.^2,3 He was buried at Wellesley Congregational Church Cemetery, Wellesley, Norfolk Co., MA.²

     George Forbes was born circa 1807 at Roxbury, Suffolk Co., MA.² He was the son of Elisha Forbes and Nancy Burrell.² George Forbes married Susannah Winslow Ball, daughter of Edward Baker Ball and Sophia Puffer, on 22 January 1839 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA; "Susan W."³ George Forbes and Susannah Winslow Ball posted marriage intentions on 14 January 1839 at Boylston, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ George Forbes died on 26 May 1869 at Boylston, Worcester Co., MA.² He was buried at Howard Street Cemetery, Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.²

Maynard married Ebenezer Ball, son of Nathan Ball and Susannah Hastings, on 1 January 1832 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.³ Hannah A. Maynard died on 4 June 1884 at Holden, Worcester Co., MA.²
     As of 1 January 1832,her married name was Ball.

     Ebenezer Lyman Ball was born on 2 November 1834 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Ebenezer Ball and Hannah A. Maynard.¹ Ebenezer Lyman Ball married Jane P. (????) circa 1854.³ Ebenezer Lyman Ball died on 15 April 1880 at age 45.¹

     Maria Atwood Ball was born on 26 December 1836 at Worcester, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Ebenezer Ball and Hannah A. Maynard.¹

     William H. Ball was born circa 7 September 1842 at Fitchburg, Worcester Co., MA; age at death 61y 10m 14d.² He was the son of Ebenezer Ball and Hannah A. Maynard.¹ William H. Ball married Annie A. Stockman, daughter of John Stockman and Lydia (????), on 25 November 1876.¹ William H. Ball married Lillian L. Granger, daughter of Timothy Granger and Ruth (????), on 5 June 1883 at West Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.³ William H. Ball died on 21 July 1904 at North Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.² He was buried at Walnut Grove Cemetery, North Brookfield, Worcester Co., MA.⁴

     Abigail Carruth was born on 13 October 1793 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA; age at death 80y 10m 12d.^2,3 She was the daughter of Ephraim Carruth and Sarah (????)² Abigail Carruth married Nathan Ball, son of Nathan Ball and Susannah Hastings, on 19 March 1829 at Rutland, Worcester Co., MA; "Abigail Carouth."⁴ Abigail Carruth died on 5 February 1875 at Clinton, Worcester Co., MA, at age 81.²
     As of 19 March 1829,her married name was Ball.¹

     Rhoanna Isabella Ball was born on 15 April 1830 at Holden, Worcester Co., MA; "Issabella Rhoenah."¹ She was the daughter of Nathan Ball and Abigail Carruth.² Rhoanna Isabella Ball married Charles P. Bigelow, son of Solomon Bigelow and Rebecca Parker, on 21 December 1850 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA; "Rhoanna I."³ Rhoanna Isabella Ball and Charles P.      Elizabeth Willard was born on 18 March 1810 at MA; age at death 73y 10 m 4d.¹ She was the daughter of Ashbel Willard and Polly Cutting.^1,2 Elizabeth Willard married Alvin Ball, son of Nathan Ball and Susannah Hastings, on 18 March 1830 at Wrentham, Norfolk Co., MA.³ Elizabeth Willard died on 22 January 1884 at Franklin, Norfolk Co., MA, at age 73.¹
     As of 18 March 1830,her married name was Ball.⁴

     Nathan Asabel Ball was born on 29 March 1831 at West Boylston, Worcester Co., MA; also recorded in Northborough.^2,3 He was the son of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard.¹ Nathan Asabel Ball married Harriet B. Rowe, daughter of David Rowe and Mary Evans, on 25 March 1861 at Millbury, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ Nathan Asabel Ball died on 25 October 1905 at Washington, DC, at age 74.⁵

     Artemas Ebenezer Ball was born on 3 August 1833 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA; "Ebenezer Artemas Ball."² He was the son of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard.³ Artemas Ebenezer Ball married Harriet Amelia Hoag, daughter of After Hoag and Harriet Elizabeth Goodrich, on 16 March 1862 at Fillmore Co., MN.⁴ Artemas Ebenezer Ball died on 9 March 1906 at West Concord, Dodge Co., MN, at age 72.⁵ He was buried at Union Cemetery, White Bear Lake, Ramsey Co., MN.⁶
     Comment by DGB: Vital records confirm that his birth year was 1833, even though the published compilation of Northborough MA vital records lists his birth year as 1832.      Eleazer Alvin Ball was born on 3 August 1833 at West Boylston, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard.¹
     Comment by DGB: It seems unlikely that twins, in this case "Ebenezer Artemas" (b. Northborough) and "Eleazer Alvin" (b. West Boylston), had their respective births recorded in different towns, so one option would be that the two records refer to the same single birth child that grew up to be known as Artemas Ebenezer Ball. It should be noted that the transcribed birth records from Northborough list an 1832 birth year for Artemas, but his two 1850 census listing show 1833 and his family records show 1833. As well, if there were twins, one of them doesn't appear to be included as a male son on Alvan Ball's 1840 census and doesn't have any other data other than what is shown here. End of comment.

     David Henry Ball was born on 15 May 1836 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard.¹ David Henry Ball married Sarah Elizabeth Edwards on 26 August 1861.¹ David Henry Ball died on 7 December 1905 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN, at age 69.³ He was buried at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN.³

     Lucy Maria Ball was born on 4 January 1839 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard.¹ Lucy Maria Ball married James Francis Barnes, son of Samuel Barnes and Caroline (????), on 26 August 1861 at Clinton, Worcester Co., MA.³ Lucy Maria Ball died on 27 January 1907 at Franklin, Norfolk Co., MA, at age 68.⁴ She was buried at Union Street Cemetery, Franklin, Norfolk Co., MA.⁵
     As of 26 August 1861,her married name was Barnes.³

     James Francis Barnes was born circa 1836 at Bolton, Worcester Co., MA.³ He was the son of Samuel Barnes and Caroline (????)³ James Francis Barnes married Lucy Maria Ball, daughter of Alvin Ball and Elizabeth Willard, on 26 August 1861 at Clinton, Worcester Co., MA.³ James Francis Barnes died before 1900.⁴

     Mary Ann Toombs was born circa 1812 at Bolton, Worcester Co., MA.¹ She was the daughter of Lewis Toombs.¹ Mary Ann Toombs married Benjamin Hastings Ball, son of Nathan Ball and Susannah Hastings, on 27 September 1864.² Mary Ann Toombs died on 11 April 1900 at Northborough, Worcester Co., MA.²
     As of 27 September 1864,her married name was Ball.²

     Marinda Dudley was born on 19 August 1802 at MA.² She married Nahum Ball, son of Joseph Ball and Susannah Forbes, on 16 January 1822 at Shrewsbury, Worcester Co., MA.¹ Marinda Dudley died on 3 February 1854 at age 51.³ She was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Woonsocket, Providence Co., RI.³
     As of 16 January 1822,her married name was Ball.²

     Abbie Ball was born circa 1828 at Boston, Suffolk Co., MA.^2,3 She was the daughter of Nahum Ball and Mary Washburn.^1,4 Abbie Ball married Charles Long Knapp, son of William Knapp and Tabitha (????), on 27 September 1850.¹ Abbie Ball died on 15 January 1907 at Newton, Middlesex Co., MA.³
