     Mary Chamberlain was born on 6 June 1762 at Westford Station, Middlesex Co., MA.² She was the daughter of Samuel Chamberlain and Sarah Tenney.² Mary Chamberlain married John Ball, son of Ebenezer Ball and Sarah Gookin, on 24 April 1782 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.³ Mary Chamberlain died on 6 February 1827 at Thetford Hil, Orange Co., VT, at age 64.² She was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Thetford, Orange Co., VT.²
     Mary Chamberlain was also known as Molly.¹ As of 24 April 1782,her married name was Ball.

     Molly Ball was born on 21 January 1783 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹

     Sarah Ball was born on 3 March 1785 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹

     John Ball was born on 21 April 1788 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.¹ He was the son of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹ John Ball married Phila Pomeroy on 25 January 1810 at Vershire, Orange Co., VT.² John Ball died on 29 March 1847 at Thetford, Orange Co., VT, at age 58.³ He was buried at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, North Thetford, Orange Co., VT.^3,4
     He enlisted in the War of 1812 in 1812.¹

     Lucy Ball was born on 24 January 1790 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹

     Jesse Ball was born on 17 November 1794 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.² He was the son of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹ Jesse Ball married Lydia Comins, daughter of Reuben Comins.² Jesse Ball married Rachel P. Powers.³

     Ebenezer Ball was born on 11 May 1796 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.^1,2 He was the son of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹ Ebenezer Ball died in January 1824 at Portsmouth, Rockingham Co., NH, at age 27.³

     Submit C. Ball was born circa 10 April 1798 at ME; age at death 93y 2m 5d. Note: listed on death record as born at Thetford VT. Also listed as baptized 16 Apr 1798 at Hollis NH.^2,1,3,4 She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.² Submit C. Ball married Joseph S. Lawrence, son of John Gordon Lawrence and Elizabeth Saunders, on 12 January 1818 at Thetford, Orange Co., VT.⁵ Submit C. Ball died on 16 June 1891 at Abington, Plymouth Co., MA.^6,3 She was buried at Mount Vernon Cemetery, Abington, Plymouth Co., MA.⁷

     Samuel A. Ball was born on 10 August 1800 at Hollis, Hillsborough Co., NH.² He was the son of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.³ Samuel A. Ball married Catherine (????) circa 1824.⁴ Samuel A. Ball died on 28 July 1854 at Will Co., IL, at age 53.¹

     Calvin Ball was born circa 21 June 1802 at Fitzwilliam, Cheshire Co., NH; age at death 69y 6m 15d.² He was the son of John Ball and Mary Chamberlain.¹ Calvin Ball married Jerusha Gordon on 5 December 1822 at Thetford, Orange Co., VT.² Calvin Ball married Rebecca Windship, daughter of John Windship and Sally Richardson, on 18 May 1852 at Weston, Windsor Co., VT.^3,2 Calvin Ball died on 5 January 1872 at Weston, Windsor Co., VT.² He was buried at Middletown Cemetery, Andover, Windsor Co., VT.⁴
     He may have been the Calvin who had a son: Calvin S. m. Matilda C. Munroe and had Frederick Calvin
b. 04 Jan 1875.¹

     Sarah Blood was born on 21 August 1790 at Groton, Grafton Co., NH.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Blood and Sally Bartlett.¹ Sarah Blood married Nathaniel Ball, son of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Nevins, on 5 March 1810.³ Sarah Blood died on 18 October 1877 at Wentworth, Grafton Co., NH, at age 87.¹
     As of 5 March 1810,her married name was Ball.

     Lewis Ball was born on 8 October 1814.¹ He was the son of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Blood.²
     He went to sea and was never heard from.²

     Mary McLean Ball was born on 7 April 1817 at Hebron, Grafton Co., NH.² She was the daughter of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Blood.³ Mary McLean Ball married George S. Dean on 16 May 1845 at Concord, Merrimack Co., NH.⁴ Mary McLean Ball died on 29 April 1907 at Wentworth, Grafton Co., NH, at age 90.¹
     As of 16 May 1845,her married name was Dean.

     George S. Dean was born on 3 June 1817 at Claremont, Sullivan Co., NH.¹ He married Abby R. Dole on 29 September 1840 at Concord, Merrimack Co., NH.² George S. Dean married Mary McLean Ball, daughter of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Blood, on 16 May 1845 at Concord, Merrimack Co., NH.² George S. Dean died on 16 January 1890 at Wentworth, Grafton Co., NH, at age 72.¹

     Fanny Danforth was born on 27 March 1792 at Londonderry, Rockingham Co., NH.² She was the daughter of John Danforth and Elizabeth Gregg.² Fanny Danforth married William Ball, son of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Nevins, on 12 August 1816.² Fanny Danforth died on 12 August 1881 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 89.² She was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.³
     As of 12 August 1816,her married name was Ball.

     Ebenezer Morris Ball was born on 1 April 1817 at Hebron, Grafton Co., NH.¹ He was the son of William Ball and Fanny Danforth.² Ebenezer Morris Ball married Sarah M. Stillson on 28 September 1879 at Bedford, Calhoun Co., MI.³ Ebenezer Morris Ball died on 30 January 1891 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 73.^1,4 He was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.⁴

     Jasper Newton Ball was born on 19 April 1826 at Hebron, Grafton Co., NH.² He was the son of William Ball and Fanny Danforth.¹ Jasper Newton Ball married Caroline Ward Smith, daughter of Calvin D. Smith, on 9 July 1853.¹ Jasper Newton Ball married Martha Ann Haines, daughter of Daniel Haines and Sophronia Dearborn, on 2 October 1864.¹ Jasper Newton Ball died on 6 June 1870 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 44.² He was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.³
     He prepared for the ministry at Thetford, Vermont, Academy, Troy Polytechnic School, Troy, New York and Union Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 1852. He was ordained an evangelist at Lyme, 30 Jun 1853. He was a missionary at Caesarea, Syria, 1853-6 and at Yogat, Turkey, 1856-61. He returned to this contry in 1861. Here he held pastorates in Oconto, Wis., 1862-4 and Grand Rapids, Mich., 1864-6. During his second marriage he served again as a missionary in West Turkey 1866-9, when he returned again to this country.¹

     Betsey Ann Ball was born on 4 July 1821.¹ She was the daughter of William Ball and Fanny Danforth.² Betsey Ann Ball died in October 1823 at age 2.³ She was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.³

     Mary Thompson Webster was born on 6 November 1826 at Plymouth, Grafton Co., NH.^2,3 She was the daughter of Arthur Webster and Ruth Powers.¹ Mary Thompson Webster married John Ball, son of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Nevins, on 31 December 1849 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.^1,3 Mary Thompson Webster died on 18 December 1893 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 67.^4,3 She was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.⁴

     Frank Webster Ball was born on 18 August 1851 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.² He was the son of John Ball and Mary Thompson Webster.¹ Frank Webster Ball married Josephine Gertrude Lungren, daughter of Samuel S. Lungren and Mary C. (????), in 1877.¹ Frank Webster Ball married Anna Hopkins, daughter of Mordecai L. Hopkins and Sarah Rathbone, on 1 February 1890.³ Frank Webster Ball and Anna Hopkins were divorced on 19 December 1901 at Circuit Court, Kent Co., MI.³ Frank Webster Ball married Lulu G. Evits, daughter of Albert E. Evits and Eliza A. Trueblood, on 20 June 1907 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.⁴ Frank Webster Ball died on 14 October 1915 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 64.² He was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.⁵
     Frank attended elementary school and graduated from Central High in Grand Rapids, and then went on to the University of Michigan, from which he graduated in 1875. He followed this with jobs as a reporter for the "Philadelphia Times" for three years (1876-1878), the "Baltimore American" (1878-1880), and the "New York World" (1880-1882). From 1882-1891 he was the Editor and Publisher of the "Grand Rapids Democrat". It is presumed he was given money for the purchase of this business by his father.      Kate Webster Ball was born on 25 May 1854 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.² She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Thompson Webster.¹ Kate Webster Ball married Frank Jerome Powers in 1893.³ Kate Webster Ball died on 21 November 1937 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 83.² She was buried at Fulton Street Cemetery, Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.⁴
     As of 1893,her married name was Powers.

     Flora Ball was born on 20 April 1858 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI.² She was the daughter of John Ball and Mary Thompson Webster.¹ Flora Ball married Myron Harris Hopkins on 9 November 1890.² Flora Ball died on 20 March 1945 at Grand Rapids, Kent Co., MI, at age 86.²
