     Comment by DGB: There are several Hannah Ball possibilities: Hannah Ball b. 12 Jun 1731 in Concord MA (daughter of Nathaniel Ball and Sarah Baker); Hannah Ball b. 20 Aug 1741 in Rutland MA (daughter of Eleazer and Abigail Ball); Hannah Ball b. 18 Nov 1743 in Grafton (daughter of Nathaniel and Mary Ball); and Hannah Ball b. 29 Apr 1744 in Brookfield MA (daughter of Thomas and Hannah Ball); there may be others. End of comment. As of 11 May 1763,her married name was Pratt.¹ As of 23 September 1790,her married name was Richmond.⁴

     Rufus Pratt was born on 2 October 1738 at Shrewsbury, Worcester Co., MA.² He was the son of Eleazer Pratt and Ruhamah Tomlin.³ Rufus Pratt was baptized on 23 December 1739 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.³ He married Hannah Ball on 11 May 1763 at Westborough, Worcester Co., MA.¹ Rufus Pratt died on 19 September 1777 at Bennington, Bennington Co., VT, at age 38; during the American Revolution.³

     Sylvester Richmond married Hannah Ball on 23 September 1790 at New Braintree, Worcester Co., MA.² Sylvester Richmond died on 10 November 1807 at New Braintree, Worcester Co., MA.³

     Emeline L. Bullock was born on 8 February 1820 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.^2,3 She was the daughter of Christopher Bullock and Emeline Mansfield.³ Emeline L. Bullock married Charles A. Ball, son of Henry Ball and Elmina Barrus, on 9 October 1844 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.¹ Emeline L. Bullock died on 1 January 1876 at age 55.⁴
     As of 9 October 1844,her married name was Ball.

     George Henry Adams Ball was born on 14 December 1845 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.^2,3 He was the son of Charles A. Ball and Emeline L. Bullock.¹ George Henry Adams Ball married Luraette Augusta Whitney before 1870.^4,5 George Henry Adams Ball died on 30 April 1898 at age 52.⁴ He was buried at Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, Richmond City, VA.⁴

     James M. Ball was born on 28 October 1847.¹ He was the son of Charles A. Ball and Emeline L. Bullock.¹ James M. Ball died on 28 September 1849 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH, at age 1.²

     Eliza Hadassah Ball was born on 9 December 1816 at Wendell, Franklin Co., MA; Comment by DGB: Since she does not appear on either the 1820 or 1830 census it is possible she died before August 1820. End of comment.¹ She was the daughter of Jesse Ball and Lydia Comins.¹

     William N. Wardwell was born in February 1865 at MI.¹ He married Emma I. Smith, daughter of David Smith and Louisa Ball, circa 1885.¹

     Cummins Ball was the son of Jesse Ball and Lydia Comins.¹ Cummins Ball died on 11 November 1817 at Wendell, Franklin Co., MA.¹

     Charles A. Foster was born circa 1829 at Phillipston, Worcester Co., MA.¹ He married Sarah E. Robbins, daughter of John Robbins and Susan (????), on 12 April 1854 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.¹

     Walter Heber Wheeler was born on 22 April 1866.¹ He was the son of Thomas Heber Wheeler and Ellen Elizabeth Hyde.¹ Walter Heber Wheeler married Charlotte Dutton on 14 April 1891.¹

     (daughter) Ball was born on 9 July 1862.¹ She was the daughter of Charles A. Ball.¹

     Mary E. (????) was born circa 1850 at Ireland.¹ She married Franklin Slocum Ball, son of John Pratt Ball and Nancy Slocum.² Mary E. (????) died before 1890.³
     Comment by DGB: Warren listed her name as Sarah J., but that was likely because he had mistakenly associated Fannie H. Ball (daughter of Absalom Frank Ball and Sarah Jane Holton) with this Franklin Ball. However, in the 1900 census children Edward and Clara are shown with a mother born in Ireland and this Franklin Ball's second wife was born in NY. End of comment. Her married name was Ball.

     Ernest Edward Wheeler was born on 18 December 1875.¹ He was the son of Thomas Heber Wheeler and Ellen Elizabeth Hyde.¹

     Emma A. Sheldon was born in February 1861 at NY.¹ She married Franklin Slocum Ball, son of John Pratt Ball and Nancy Slocum, circa 1890.¹ Emma A. Sheldon died on 28 November 1944 at age 83.²
     Comment from DGB: According to the 1900 census Emma gave birth to two children, but these refer to the children from her husband's first wife. As of circa 1890,her married name was Ball.

     Clara Ball was born in November 1884 at NY.² She was the daughter of Franklin Slocum Ball and Mary E. (????)¹
     As of 11 October 1910,her married name was Simpson. Clara Ball The "U.S. Newspapers.com obituary index (1800s to current) on 20 Dec 1965 at Rochester NY listed that a Clara B. Taplin died recently at Mexico City, Mexico (born about 1883) and listed her father as Edward F. Ball and a spouse as John Day Simpson.

     Edward Franklin Ball was born on 4 February 1882 at Brooklyn, Kings Co., NY.^3,4 He was the son of Franklin Slocum Ball and Mary E. (????)⁵ Edward Franklin Ball married Margaret L. Livingston on 6 November 1912 at New Westminster, BC, Canada.^4,2 Edward Franklin Ball died on 21 October 1967 at Vancouver, BC, Canada, at age 85.⁴ He was buried at Fraser Cemetery, New Westminster, BC, Canada.⁴

     Martha B. Clark was born in April 1860 at Roxbury Center, Cheshire Co., NH.^2,3 She was the daughter of Eli Clark and Mary Ann Moseley.¹ Martha B. Clark married John Prescott Ball, son of Alvin Whitmore Ball and Jane A. Capron, on 26 August 1890 at Roxbury, Cheshire Co., NH.^4,3 Martha B. Clark died in 1941.³ She was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.³
     As of 26 August 1890,her married name was Ball.

     Fred Gardner Coffin was born on 19 May 1863 at Warwick, Franklin Co., MA.^3,2 He was the son of Frank Coffin and Olive (????)⁴ Fred Gardner Coffin married Fannie Hellen Ball, daughter of Absalom Franklin Ball and Sarah Jane Holton, on 19 September 1887 at Athol, Worcester Co., MA.⁴ Fred Gardner Coffin died on 21 December 1924 at Waterbury, Washington Co., VT, at age 61.² He was buried at Havens Cemetery, South Royalton, Windsor Co., VT.²

     Sylvia Clark Ball was born on 13 December 1891 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.² She was the daughter of John Prescott Ball and Martha B. Clark.³ Sylvia Clark Ball married Laurance Dana Chapman on 20 August 1919 at Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.¹ Sylvia Clark Ball died on 25 July 1982 at New Bedford, Bristol Co., MA, at age 90.^1,4 She was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Winchester, Cheshire Co., NH.¹
     As of 20 August 1919,her married name was Chapman.
