     Albert Houston Hindman was born on 28 January 1893 at Cess, Morton Co., KS.¹ He was the son of Francis Marion Hindman and Lavisa Wood.¹ Albert Houston Hindman married Sylvia May Elliott on 7 January 1920 at Richfield, Shawnee Co., KS.¹ Albert Houston Hindman died in November 1984 at age 91; SSDI lists last residence as Las Animas, Bent Co., CO.²

     Katherine Marion Hindman was born on 9 March 1898 at Cess, Morton Co., KS.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Marion Hindman and Lavisa Wood.¹ Katherine Marion Hindman married Cecil Merriam Orr on 21 August 1921 at Richfield, Shawnee Co., KS.¹ Katherine Marion Hindman died on 21 November 1931 at Mound City, Linn Co., KS, at age 33.¹ She was buried at Mound City, Linn Co., KS.¹

     Hannah Perry was born circa 1778 at VT.¹ She married Adonijah Ball, son of Isaac Ball and Hannah Commings, on 5 December 1799 at Randolph, Orange Co., VT.² Hannah Perry died on 7 July 1816 at VT.¹ She was buried at Kaskaskia, Randolph Co., IL; Comment by DGB: this may only be a remebrance marker, since she died in VT before the family moved to IL.³
     As of 5 December 1799,her married name was Ball.

     Rebecca Ellis was born on 13 February 1809 at Wilson Co., TN.² She was the daughter of Jacob Ellis and Elizabeth Bird.³ Rebecca Ellis married Asel Franklin Ball, son of Adonijah Ball and Hannah Perry, on 24 February 1825 at Lewistown, Fulton Co., IL.¹ Rebecca Ellis died in September 1850 at Fulton, Whiteside Co., IL, at age 41.³ She was buried at Ebenezer Memorial Cemetery, Rockwood, Randolph Co., IL.³
     As of 24 February 1825,her married name was Ball.
